S-POL SUMMARY: As stratiform rain was dissipating over the GOC, an oceanic cell popped
up at 286 deg / 131 km. As a couple of cells popped up to the S and E of the
cell, and given the oceanic convection observed the previous day at this time
was somewhat impressive, the decision was made to start microphysical scanning.
RHIs were unimpressive, with shallow precip and no anvils.
