Using Cedric (Interactive Version) at CSU
Consider using the batch version of Cedric
Cedric works on on the Suns. Select a time where both radars were scanning.
Then run reorder (on both files) to create a
cartesian grid. Note the grids of the two files should have the same orgin.
(Also note the grid parameters. You will need them for cedric)
You then convert the output ced files to the mudras (mud)
file format with 'ced-mud'. Now you are ready to run cedric.
Type 'cedric' to start. Get Terry Schuur's printed documentation and follow
it. You can find it in the yellow "Computer Help" notebook in Rm 226.
Also there will be a document detailing the cedric commands (batch version).
Here is an example session.
Type 'cedcnv' to change the mud file back to a ced file. Then you can convert
the ced file to a pltgks netcdf file with CedToCdf.
